MonoType is a trio formed back in 2013. The members today are Lennart Friberg, Thomas Welin and Kristian Uhre.
The songs are simple, hard kicking and dirty with at certain love for the weird and unique corners of aggressive rock.
The musical influences refer broadly to the late 90’s, but with a much more optimistic and playful approach to music writing and performing.
MonoType creates a still frame of modern rock without worrying too much about why or how. Hard, understandable and captivating.
